Thank you dru for your kind words. I do admit I was a bit overly emotional about the interactive words regarding off-world beings, much like if someone called a black person a "n...." Tht's how strongly I feel about the discussions on this particular post and the kind of offense I felt. You have to understand I have had contact with off-world beings (angels, ets, etc.) forever and open contact is imminent and I do take this seriously. I do respect others opinions. In all honesty I have never been so insulted before and I was surprised at my reaction, as I always give enough space for the rights of others to give their views, even if they are totally uninformed and bigoted. I don't think I was out of line with this one, however, and the energy coming from this thread tells me I had better just give it rest! :roll: :P :wink: :lol:

Late last night, must have been about 11ish, I was looking out my window and saw a light, which I first assumed it was the moon but it looked like it kept moving. Was this just my imagination, or eyes playing tricks on me?

Good question. How you would react may depend on the circumstances... such as

1. Whether you were alone or in company.
2. Whether it was day or night.
3. Whether you were open-minded or convinced that aliens do not exists.
4. Whether you or your society had any idea contact was imminent.

Personally, I hope human beings are NOT the only intelligent species in the Universe. If we are then I think we will end up destoying ourselves - look at the history of human-human contact, look at Columbus, the Conquistadores and the colonisation of the New World. Even today we are a fractious and divided world. Surely an alien race would realise that we as a race are not peacable and do not celebrate diversity.

I would think that initially perhaps it would be very strange - personally, culturally, socially - but it could be an adjustment to a level of cosmic awareness that we are but one of countless intelligences in the Universe. It would certainly be the most important event to date in human history.

Personally I believe that alien's have been here long before humans. And are still here today. I have wanted to see a space craft for as long as I can remember. If I did see one I am not sure that I could do anything but watch. I do agree that we (including aliens) are all apart of GOD. Aliens are Mystic Travlers. They are out buzzing around the universe and still working for our Lord. I do believe that they are already working with our government, military ect....
So what do you think. :idea:

my son thinks we would learn to get along and adapt to each other as cultures should.
i think his heart is in the right place, lets just hope it doesn't end up on an alien operating table :shock:
both he and i have seen ufo's, i think it may be a case of how much conversation can a cat and an earthworm have? we may just be to different to comunicate. they may even be walking down the street right now but we lack the sense to see them.

I am sure that in our near future that there is going to be a big event with UFO's. They are going to do some stunt that the military is not going to be able to hide and it will be out in front for the world to see.

We all need to come forward. I was on a space craft that crashed near aEdwards AFB in 1971 and it took me many years before I understood what was going on and in 1995 began to remember most everything. I worked in the mental health field for 18 years and while my coworkers didn't really lunderstand my experiences, for the most part they did not belittle me for it...at least not to my face! There were a few who were afraid, but over the years they had come to respect me and my confimed sanity and hopefully learned something new...that we must explore the possibilities of all forms of existence. Humanity is slowly maturing intellectually and spiritually and unless we who have had experiences with off-world beings, seen off-world craft come forward humanity will not be ready for the many changes that will soon take place in the open for all to see. Be among the vanguard! Stand up and shout.

i do believe that we are not the only species in this vast universe, i would be ignorant not to ,there is way too many planets for there not to be ,i would welcome other beings and i do wonder where we came from and that the story of us being brought to earth by beings is true as adam and eve couldnt have made all different coloured people by mating a million times, i watch lots of programmes about aliens and they said that we are all alien ourselves, i think the word they used was (paladians) and that we are each from a different planet , maybe i watch too much and am gullible i dont know but for adam and eve to have produced all different skinned ppl has to be impossible, does anyone have any light on this and have you seen the programme im on about , there is a family in america who say that they were brought to army bases when they were small and they rememeber it clearly, being given tests and all sorts of experiments being done on them, they said they were hybrids and their mother was implanted by aliens so as to give birth to alien children to keep the race going, im not going to say i totally believe them but why would ppl come out with stuff like this, there was also a man who had a chip in his leg since he was 5 years old and he finally had it took out when he was over 50 ,they couldnt explain it and the material wasnt of this origin,so this is why i chose to believe we are not alone . do you ?
