Please don't think that I am weird, but the following is true. My wife and I live in Thailand and after working many hours teaching English we decided to buy a home. Several months of home searching followed and finally our dream came true.

Come to find out this home we bought had a former teacher die in it. I originally thought whilst unlucky, these events do happen in life. Regardless, now that we have moved into this small home, at night both of us hear pages of a book being turned.

The word 'Ghost' can cover a broad spectrum of experiences and phenomena, and it would be misguided to assume all 'ghost' experiences imply the existence of a spirit world, or activity by spirits.

Usually, when weird/bad things start happening and I feel uneasy, I would seek out help from a medium or psychic religious master. He will be able to tell whether there is a spirit in my house, and if yes, how to get rid of it. Works every time.

"Is there a ghost in my house?"

I suppose I would answer that question by telling the person to keep an open mind. People can become so close minded, whether it be "ghosts don't exist" to "there is definitely a ghost in my house." Unless the person asking me has seen the ghost, the answer could be either. I would suggest to the person that they set up cameras in their house and document the time, date, etc. of every strange happening. The only thing you can do is try to gather data.

How can you tell if there is a ghost in your house? In my experience of ghosts (off & on) you are positive it's not a person. Once had a ghost as a child of 12 come knock on my bedroom door when it was closed clear as day. & opened it & nobody was there. I was soooo freaked out. My mother said, "Oh, it's just a ghost". Just a ghost (was prob a poltergeist)? I don't know~~if something's happening & you hear it clear as a bell & are positive it can't be a person, it very well may be a ghost. Use your intuition. All ghosts are not bad either. That's for sure. I've probably left you with more questions than answers, but could only relay experiences, not "fact" because it's pretty difficlt to explain any of this kind of stuff away. Good luck~!
