Is there a ghost in my house?

How can you tell if there is a ghost in your house? Is it just vibrations from the past or do spirits really haunt some places? Do you know the difference between a spirit and a ghost. If someone asked you the question "Is there a ghost in my house?" how would you reply? What criteria would you give so that they could assess whether house is haunted or not.

Ghosts live in the minds of people who see them in my experience.

I hear so often from people about how they were sitting in their living room and their table would float up, or a vase would be thrown across the room, yet they never think to record these things happening.

these days home CCTV is so very cheap, and to prove you are not going mad, its a must have for anyone who thinks they have a ghost.

I have yet to se a single case of a ghost in someones house that could not be explained away with rational and logical criteria

Ghosts, there are lots of different experiences people have with this type of paranormal.
Ghosts and spirits are everywhere. There are different exercises people can try without harm to know if theyre residence is really haunted. Voice recording (EVP) is very effective and easy to do. You can ask question of leave it around recording anything. Try paying attention of your environement. Smells, noises, take some pictures, the cold air...
First the house history, check with a librairy(if it's an old house) neighbours etc... Just invite someone you know who is sentitive about those things.
If the house is haunted, those test will be very positive.

Ghosts may be everywhere but I have yet to be convinced of that. Spirits are not everywhere.

Spirit are people who have left their physical bodies at death and gone home - to the spirit world which is where they now live. If they put their voices on tape recorders EVP or their images on computers or tv ITC they do not have to move from their new residence to do this; it is all done with mind energy.

It is important that people realise that spirit do not live in the physical world and in their homes because this just not true and they certainly do not live in cemetarys.

I would have to ask a series of questions about their health, medications etc. then about occurences etc.

I would have to say that ghosts and spirits are definitely the same thing, there are just different forms and strengths of energy.

to confirm a supernatural presence, i would reccomend having some way to back up what it is you're asking someone to believe. they should find ways to record actions that they believe to be linked to a haunting of their home.

I am wondering if my house is haunted. For a few months there have been strange unexplained things going on. Noises, cold spots, seeing images and shadows etc. A about a week ago we set up a camera while we were gone, we did not see anything , but we heard a door shut, several unexplained noises and our dog was barking for no reason. Last night my 2 year old daughter walked by her bedroom door and waved looking inside her room, my husband asked what are you waving at she said the ghost, after asking her she says its a mommy ghost and a little boy ghost. We have had things happen like someone touching my hair, see lights going across a room, toys playing for no reason.
At this point what do we do? do we try to speak to it or them or do they just leave on their own?

Pets often react to spirits or ghosts. If your pet stares at something you don't see and reacts, I'd trust that reaction.

If a child sees someone that you don't, I'd believe that an entity (ghost or spirit if you will) is, or was, present.

There are sources available to help. Ask for help from the universe/angels/whatever works for you. Then, google the web, scan the phone book, and/or go to the library for more information.

I have posted bout my son that died when he was 6 well my other son

''now 10'' is telling me that he is having dreams about how my Son died.

He is saying that he was goofin around ''as always'' he was going up the stairs and he was on railing all a sudden he my son started to cry and then he said when he was on the railing this wind blew in as he was scared because how could they're bee wind in our house?? he then ran into his room

After My son that was telling me was looking at a picture of his brother

He then ran into his window the window broke and his head went threw the window he was still alive but his neck was stuck he was tryin to get out he finally did but he got out to hard causing his neck to scrape on the glass causing him to bleed and dying

Once he finished I looked at him and said

He nodded.

We then walked downstairs and saw a mist it standed there and disapeered

I am very young but seem to atract alot of things and there are a history of psychics in my family but thats not unusual for a native american family. In my experience and in things ive read many time what is mistaken as a ghost of spirt is actually the over flow of emotion from teenagers. i dont really know how to explain it but well all know how emotional teenagers are. And it is many time not even a spirit making things go bump in the night.
