Hi there

I am new to working with spirt and angels, (as i have only become aware that my gift(s) are not purely a figment of my imagination.. and im not totally crazy lol)

I feel that the visions i am getting are from my spirit guide - i do not know her yet or her name, i am also aware that there is a predominant female presence with me, and i see her n my room when im meditiaing, i do not feel threatend by her, she just startles me a bit sometimes lol. I feel my visions are of this guide, as i have had several images which display the same symbolic patterens but the girl is at different stages of her life, she is always holding hands with someone else (who i never get to see) in my vision.. she has been all ages 4,18 maybe 20yrs. I usually only have my visions in B&W or in light but with her (and my guardian angel) it is in colour or part colour. for example in the vision as a child i see her wearing a VIBRANT yellow dress broider anglese dress with a white cardigan.. holding someones hand... at the older age she is wearing a cream mohair sweater again holding someones hand. I dont really know how i know the make or texture of the jumper or dress..i just know immediatly :S

I do not draw in general but i never draw people, as it is something i have never been good at (landscapes are more my thing if i had to choose). But i do feel compelled to draw these visions, i feel like it is something i need to do to get an understanding of the message she is trying to convey to me. I just dont know where to start.

I was wondering if any other individuals draw the visions they receive and if you do does it help? When you gain understanding, does the vision leave you and you get a differnent one? This may seem a bit random but im trying to understand a little more about this field as its not something i have even thought about before, and id like to develop it.

Any pointers from the more experienced or developed spirit artists would be fabulous

Hi Nikki,

I'm a Spirit/Psychic Artist but I mainly draw portraits of spirit and do auragraphs saying that however I do know a gent who set out to do what you describe, draw what you see in meditations. His name is Colin Hall and you can look him up he has his own website. When he started he could not draw and used to draw stick figures, stick men and stick trees etc. Over time and with the help of his guides he has developed an amazing gift and his work is stunning. He tends to work using chalk pastels and pencils to get the effects that he does. I have to admit that chalk pastels although messy are good for blending colours as I use them in my auragraphs. They do need fixing to the paper though, this can be done by using hair spray rather than an expensive fixer from an art shop.
