I really don't know if you can work on getting the info ahead of time or not. It has always happened to me my whole life but never in dreams. I am always awake. But I really do pay attention to my little voice and the creepy feeling I get when I get my info.

do you know what a Sun Disk looks like? like the Mayan or Aztec one? well, image that as you manifest into being, into your present life, you manifest into this "disk", but at the moment you manifest, so do other projections of your ego-self in other forms in other moments of time, in the other levels or dimensions of the disk, the disk is constantly rotating, each within its own timeframe.. sometimes, like clusters on your astrological chart, you are in "communication" with your other projected selfs of other "times", the more in harmony you are with yourself, aspects of self, the more you open the channels of communication (thus seeing the future, the past, ect) although this does not mean that you are enlightened, because the "you" whom im communicating with could be the aspect of self that is still in discord but is recieving the input from another aspect of self that is "cleansing" and evolving..(and in some of the other "lower" aspects could cause serious mental conflict )...the object of the Game is too enlighten the present moment self and reach out with this Light to all manisfestations of Self, to make it to the Center in alignment with all other manifestation in Time.

Game Over

Hello I don't see things when they happen I feel them and its only when bad things happen and I don't know whats going to happen all I know is that something bad is going to happen. All I can do is wait to see, sometimes I can figure it out if someone tells me they are going to do something then the feeling gets really strong then I know it has something to do with that person and I can try and stop that person from doing it or at least be there to prevent that something from happenning

Nexin,
If I were you I would start writing down every thing you experence. I do it myself. Then you can go back and read what you have recorded prior to the event. As you do so you will begin to notice patterns that begin to appear. It should help you to understand what is happening.
I also get feelings when I touch something. Sometimes my head will get a funny feeling but also my hand starts tingling and I just blurt out what is going to happen. The more you pay attention to your feelings the more you will open up to your surroundings. Thus the more you should understand whats happening or going to happen. So my best advice is to start a journal. Even write you dreams down. If you can't remember them then set your alarm clock for an odd time while your sleeping and you should be able to catch yourself in the middle of your dreams , but be quick about grabbing your journal when you wake.
You might want to pay attention to the little voice in your head, it will help. Your spirit guide will talk to you. The more you listen the more you will hear. With all of these suggestions you will begin to open up to these feelings and start to understand what they are trying to tell you.
Good luck with that. Hope it helps alittle.

Interesting. Have you heard of Christopher Robinson, the "psychic dream detective"?

In 1991, he warned police that the IRA would bomb a bank in St Albans - five days before it happened. He named the town, the exact date, and the time of day that the explosion would occur. He was also able to name the two IRA terrorists who were involved - information that was confirmed a week later by the police anti-terrorist squad. After that, Chris became an official informant of Scotland Yard Police.

Chris was so confident about his precognitive dreaming skills, he put himself up for scientific scrutiny with a 10-day challenge. The result was described as "the best scientific experiment in the history of man" - namely because it throws our entire understanding of reality out of whack!

Default Precognitive dream

Hi this is my first posting so I'm assuming it's in the right place. For the past 3 years I've been dreaming a lot ! My dreams seemed to be very action like at first but then lately more random and odd. 2years ago I dreamt that a close friend and colleague had died of a brain haemmorage. I kind of told her that I had dreamt about her but not that she had died...for obvious reasons. 2 months later my other colleague also close died of exactly that. I had told others the full extent of my dream . How could this be dreaming of one person and it happening to another? The 3 of us worked together.
