I think it is something that can be inherited. My late Nan [my father's mother] was very intuitive. She said she knew the moment her only brother was killed in World War Two, as she 'heard' him calling out her name. I've heard of cases like this where someone, in a momemt of crisis, can 'project' thoughts or feelings, or even themselves, to a close relative or loved one. The 'physical projection' is a 'crisis ghost.

My sister and I are two of her five grandchildren. I'm not sure what abilities our cousins have inherited. But, like Nan, sis & I have a well developed sixth sense. She is a qualified Crystal Healer and Reki Therapist [Nan was a nurse]. I believe in Reincarnation [I think several Past Lives have been recounted in my dreams]. And I can detect 'atmospheres' in places and buildings - have had several weird experiences... My sister and I even had a shared encounter.

I think that psychic ability is genetic. I have been seeing things since the age of three, my mum is psychic as well as my grandma. Apparently, according to my mum it is passed down through the girls in the family. Me and my mum have had some really weird experiences, even when we're apart.

When I was young, 4 years old, I was with my father and he was working on a car engine, and I knocked it over and it broke my leg. My mom was at church and got a feeling that something was wrong and started calling the house frantically. This is what she told me. When she got home she discovered my Dad and I waiting for her and then we left for the hospital. This is the only psychic experience she has ever talked about. She laughs at me if I try to tell her about anything psychic and her and my father don't believe in ghosts or any of that hocus pocus stuff. They know I do, but they just blow me off and change the subject. I know people think I"m crazy, but I just want to share my experiences. I have a hard time keeping things to myself. I'm pretty much an open book.
