Anyone saying that all Gemini's are like "this" are just silly or don't know very much about astrology.

I'm becoming an expert, so I know the basics of astrology right now, so here's a little education for the blind sun users.

Ok, first off, the sun sign describes your ego, the moon sign describes your feelings, the ascendent describes your inner you and how you react to situations.

For example: I am Sagittarian sun, Capricorn moon, and Taurus ascendent. The sun gives me an original personality, where I enjoy inventing and such. The moon gives me the determination to finish what I start. The ascendent makes me very steadfast and I often stop and enjoy nature, also it makes me stubborn when I am really believing something.

Now keep in mind, there are eight more planets in signs to consider, and even stars if you want to get really in depth (though this area is often left untamed save for a few select spots). Each of these gives you another aspect of the way you are and the interactions (or aspects) describe the kind of person you are. If you have a late Arian ascendent squaring (90 degree angle between them) your Pisces saturn, then you will be shy.

It gets quite complicated and thus, you cannot judge a person by their sun sign. Some people have aspects that make them totally opposite the "Definition" of their sign.

That's all I'll say for now. It's quite tiring to type this much.

My husband is an aquarian and Im taurean. We have been together 22yrs, have 4 children, made a good life for ourselves, have a laugh ( sometimes) and hate each other ( most of the time!) thats what marriage is about..................some years have been great, others awful and according to astrologers we shouldn't be together! I would take Daniel's advice and look further than your ' sun sign'. Btw, we have been together since we were teenagers, so were not doing too bad!

As to be honest guys anyone who bases who they go out with someone depending on star signs is a little bit silly. I am a libra woman currently dating a gemini man, im not going to post anything mean about another's star sign but i will try to pinpoint some common factors of the sign and some not so common charecteristics of the sign. I First of all will like to say that im pretty much a romantic and i love all that love, beauty, and life has to offer and i ive been dating this gemini man for about almost a year now. I Met him back in 2007 in may we dated all the way up till DECEMBER 07, AND THEN i broke it off with him he was dating me and 2 other women that i did know about..of course me being the libra i am I FELL in love with him we are good friends till this day. MOST GEMINIS i have met are very outgoing and love being spontaneous but that is basically where libra and gemin have the common interest.. gemini men tend to be very fickle in love cant make up their mind cause they dazzle every female they see in a 10 mile radius with their charm. LIBRA's have natural charm and geminis are smitten when in the prescense of a libra male or female. LIBRAS cant seem to make up their mind what the want half the time but being with a gemini who flys by the seat of his pants all hell is bound to break loose. GEMINIS can be romantic if called to be but they are always having a roving eye and have a hard time keeping it in their pants, libra cant stand to play second fiddle to any of geminis extras he has lying on the back burner..SO TO ALL LIBRAS AND GEMINIS THOUGH the stars say we are compatible its really has more to do with the placement of EACHOTHERS MOON SIGN AND THE other planets in ur horoscope..other then that we are just better off as friends and nothing more, I GET ALONG mostly with LEO'S, SCORPIOS AND SOME CANCERS.

Sorry dont agree with your synopsis here hon. ~Am professional Astrologer, teacher and public speaker and your Ascendant Sign is your OUTER persona, the mask that we all wear for protection and the image that we present to other people when we first meet them. This is the lust, chemistry and atttraction factor and plays a big part in Synastry/Astrology. In fact the three most important things in a natal chart are your Ascendant sign, sun sign, and moon sign. LOL :lol:

Quite right, I don't know why I said that now. I've known that for years, so I suppose I must have been ill with something because that's the only time I make a simple mistake like that. Thank you for pointing that out, I'll be sure to have that right from now on.
