Personally, I believe that Jesus never existed, and if he did, little to nothing in the bible about him is true. He was, and is, the SUN of God. That is to say that he is a representation of the sun in the age of Pisces, and the center of the cross of the zodiac. As a matter of fact, there wasn't one moment of Jesus' life that was not plagiarized from another religion. Look up the name "Horus" and you will see what I mean. Horus was just one of a ton of solar messiahs that were all born on Dec. 25, had a virgin mother, performed miracles, had twelve disciples, died, were dead for three days, and were resurrected. It's all astrology. The story of Jesus is a copy of a story that has been told over and over again in many different forms, to describe the sun as it passes through the twelve signs of the zodiac, the twelve months of the year, and thus the twelve disciples.

I can't believe noone's yelled how 'Jesus is our savior and the son of of God!' or 'He was a Christian, not a Buddhist!'(despite the fact that Christianty(sp?) didn't exist until after he died, and, as far as I can remember, he was Jewish). Anyways, it's highly improbable that Jesus was Buddhist considering the fact that he lived in some Arabian area, and Buddhism was pretty much still an Asian only religion back then(as far as I'm aware).
Christianity was a religion created after Jesus' death. He didn't invent it! As a faith it is an odd hotchpotch of symbolism and theology. The Crown of Thorns appears to be a 'twisted' version of the Solar Crown worn by the Greek Sun God Helios [and used on the Colossus of Rhodes, and, much later, the Statue of Liberty]. The Robe was a 'pastiche' of the Imperial Purple worn by Roman Emperors and Phoenician Kings [the Greeks named that people after the dye Phoenix [aka Tyrian Purple]. Between 1999 and 2002 I wrote for a Paranormal/Mysteries Website called Farshores. I used the pen-name JJ. My articles can be found under http://farshores.org/amartic.htm [and include an E-Book on Atlantis, as well as several articles on that subject]. Those I wrote on Christianity are:- http://farshores.org/jj_wjrhg.htm About how Christianity ‘stole’ symbols from Hinduism. http://farshores.org/jj_sungo.htm This is about early Christian iconography being influenced by that of Alexander the Great. And how the Chi-Rho of Christ, and Crucifixion as a punishment, came about. http://farshores.org/jj_beth.htm About the Star of Bethlehem and the eclipse during the Crucifixion. http://farshores.org/jj_tcgt.htm Concerns the dating of the Turin Shroud. The Titulus Cruces [the placard from the Cross]. And the locations of the Crucifixion and Christ’s Tomb. I would be interested to know what people think. Many thanks, Alex J. Lockwood. |

i would just like to say if jesus did have a message for the whole world i dont think he would bother trying to change their beliefes but simply use their religion in a way to get the message across to them. if he did indeed come with a message it was about how to treat others and the world and about sprituality itself not about a specific God/s in my opinion.
people can say "he was a jew" or "he was an esse" but im sure he means alot to alot of people of all differing faiths just no one knows it because of all the different names and locations. this helps with my philosophy that all religiions have SOME truth but not one of them has the WHOLE truth as religion is too humanised based on ideals and doctrins of long ago that no one wants to change for all sorts of reasons but as the world changes so must our ideas/faiths about it. this is how humanity moves forwards instead of being static beings. anyway im not here to preach muy ideas and i enjoy hearing others just wanted to give my opinion. |

so i watched the program on discovery civilisation called "jesus in the Himalayas" it was very interesting the fact a man during the time of jeus , often sat with buddhsit monks in the himalayas ( i cant remebeer what the called him) but he was described the same as jesus, and some of the things buddhists teach reaapear in christianity. christianity started at a similar time. the show put forward a veerrry interestin gcase. and it made sense. it was a really enjoyable watch ( and the music was gorgeous too).
if you see it on, watch it! xoxox

You are allowing names to bother you. There is the man Jesus, whose surname was not Christ, and there is what is called the Christ power, the power of the spirit. If you differentiate between the man and the power that animated him, you have the clearest picture of all...Do not think only in terms of the power of the Spirit in the past. Remember that the power which operated through the Nazarene is operating once again....We come with the same power of the Great Spirit, bringing the same manifestations of the Spirit, the same message, ‘Comfort the mourner, heal the sick, bring light to those who are in darkness, health to the afflicted, strength to the weary, knowledge to the ignorant.’
Silver Birch My opinion is that there were are and will be many christs through whom we continuously receive the spiritual wisdom but we are able to understand it according to our stage of development. What is important with the teachings of this particular christ is that they indicate change of consciousness, instead of 'eye for and eye' and 'thou shalt not...'as Silver Birch says:''His main teaching was the gospel of love. Love thy neighbour as thyself. Do good to those who hurt you. Love is the fulfilling of the law. What else is required to help mankind? Love is the highest expression of the spirit. Love is what the Great Spirit has to offer. Love is what we offer you.' I am sure that you will all agree that if we understand what Love is and live our lives guided by the law of love our world will be a different placexxxxxEmerald111 |
