I am new to this site and came here for help with dreams so here goes

i dremt i had to sets of twins both boy girl sets, almost one after the other so the pregnancies ran together almost i never gave birth in the dream but they were mine and my partners and i only new 3 of there names, none of the names are the same as my 3 children i have so can anyone help, i got used to the pregnancy and baby dreams while i was pregnant but im not pregnant so thats why im confused please help.
