wow after reading this entire thread, I stick to my conclusions, ask 5 people a question and you will get 10 answers. lol

Personally, I feel that ideas and thought patterns are derived from a persons personal exposure to other humans thoughts, experiences, peers, history, genetic cellular memory levels, etc etc.

Through out time, human kind, in particular regions of the world have been influenced by history.. let's just start out with the European influences of "hell". As man was being shown in spirit what possible emotional and mental status could results from personal deceptions of the spirit could ultimately put a person in a hellish state of thinking. The word "hell" has a connotation of permanent doom, therefore creating a mental and everlasting emotional and mental state of permanent death. This carried out in the political arena of the Roman empire as a scare tactic to the more common villagers that they would never challenge the authority of the empire. ( a readers digest version of course).

Moving forward in time.,.. since the originators of the bible prior to King James version, and those which followed the first versions the idealism of permanent death proceeded until present day.

With all that being said...mankind took the notion of hell as a literal aspect and applied a physical place somewhere in the universes as a place of burning fire with eternal doom. If you were to look at the spiritual visions in the time of past history, to see oneself doing the opposite of spiritual love and nurturing, you would quite possibly see a place of pain and suffering and feeling as tho you were burning from the inside out.

Humans have choice and a lot of it!! If you truly believe that your life has been less them spiritually accepting to your spiritual nature, and you think that you will go to this hellish place of being, then you just might create the choice to have to experience such a place until you figure out that this is not necessary for the spirit. There are guides watching over you for when you decide that this is enough of that experience and are ready to move forward, they are there to help restore your spiritual signature energies and assist you to what needs to happen next.

Our spiritual signature energies have a tendency to become convoluted while living in a lesser vibrational body and therefore we need some help to balance this back out. Those guides are there... doing this very thing...they are never the same guides, as they also have different journeys to experience as well. You never know, at some point you may also be one of these guides, waiting on those who need assistance to balance their signature energies back out.

The spiritual world has a very simple yet absolute way of working. Mankind likes to switch this simplicity to suit their own lack of remembrance or state of being in order to help themselves along with their human programmed thinking.

To sum this up..it doesn't matter the death, whether it be from capitol punishment or by natural causes, the individual has a choice to experience any place of being they wish, including a self created hellish place.

I dont work with pendulums or any other aid to awareness. I work as a medium and communicate with spirit.

I have worked for and with spirit for over 40 years and the only qualification you need to get into the spirit world is for your physical body to die. Every single person whose body dies goes to spirit - it is as simple as that, there is no sorting and judgments.

The thought of a rapist or murderer's mind (with or without memory) coming back to earth in a newborn baby is ludicrous - its enuf to make any mother stop having children.

I am not sure about the sentence about reincarnation, which I do not accept in any case, but everything and everyone in life is part of God but I am not too sure about the word control - sounds a bit restrictive and that is not my God

I don't believe there are any killers on death row anywhere. The very nature of a person capable of killing another shows a lack of spirigtual growth. These types do not return home to plan their next reincarnation nor do they remain in bodys incapable of gratifing their need for exitement. A soul is capable of taking over a body if it's protection has been broken and it is weaker than the attacking spirit. Nearly everyone in todays world hasw had their protection broken, if not thru theiir own doing, then by some outside agency(such as CIA's PROJECT MONARCH), or some equally terrible organisation. To punish the body is rediculous. We must find a way to enlighten the soul, or, if needs be to confine it from the rest of us. I beleive confinment of the dark souls has been tried with little success. THERE ARE NO EASY ANSWERS

IMO, there is such an injust justice system that the death penalty is wrong. The justice system does not want the truth, just a conviction. So many innocent people have been put to death that it is not worth it to take a chance. Life in prison is enough and even that may be too much because of the injustice system. ie: evidence not allowed that will prove innocense happens all the time. I know of several cases where an innocent man is jailed because of someone's claims. The police don't care about eye witnesses, alibis, or any facts. They hold with enormous bonds and do not uphold the constitution that you are innocent until proven guilty, just the opposite.

Wait til you live through something like this, if you believe in the death penalty you will change your mind.

Souls who die from execution? I believe they go into the spirit world like everyone/anyone else.
