Did any one of you has had encounter with a ghost at very close quarters;

i have!i think....shadows and a ghost.....well i think it was.........i was outside early in the mornin 4?4.30?and i saw a white thing like shadow to get into the light in the road and then immediately the ligthbulb fade:Si don't know but i think it was.......u can judje..have u seen?
