Ive been dreaming of babies a bit now, first with a baby that was 3 years old that belonged to me and my girlfriend. but last night in my dream i was still with my current girlfriend but was having a baby with an old friend, a girl that im not friends with anymore and never dated, but we used to be roommates and fooled around sometimes. in fact id almost call us enemys now, but in the dream we were excited about having a child together.. it was like we had a baby waiting for us, but she wasnt pregnant, we just had to get back to it. in the dream she 'persuaded' me to be with her, i kept saying no i was with helen but it happened anyway, and we got caught by my girlfriend (helen). i really dont understand it, other than to say maybe i cared more for her than i ever let myself believe. but that was at least 2 years ago.

could use some help figuring this one out.

sounds like some trust issues you have going on. I would check to see if you have some deep seated trust issues and go from there
