Connection ?????
I have cleared the history and cookies. It shows it is connecting but does not connect??? This is a brand new computer .

Make sure you have the latest java and active x then restart the computer after restarting your modem by turning the modem off at the plus socket or unplugging for 20 seconds.
This causes a logical reboot and will restart everything, the java will then be fully updated and should allow access

I tried that and it did not work
 When it pulls up the chat it says "Connecting Please Wait", that is all it does

Try installing Mozilla Firefox if you haven't and use that to connect. I hate internet explorer
