Children's Past Lives

Do you know of any extrordinary stories told by children about their memories of past lives? Please use this thread to share accounts of children age 7 and under who have spontaneous past life memories. Maybe your own child has spoken about a previous family or have memories of times long past?

We'd love to hear and discuss your accounts.

A friends daughter was 5 (now 6) when she came out with a story about how there used to be a school on the property she lives on and people getting hurt in it. Upon questioning she said the kids got burnt in a fire. Her mum asked what made her think that - her reply, ..."I was there". It might have been passed off as imagination and left at that except she casually added to the end of that, "Nat can speak to the people like I do, can't she?". So her mum asked "what people?", ...she said, "the dead people". Her mum was only vaguely aware from a few incidents that I seemed to "know things", but nothing was ever said about spirits to her, and certainly not to her daughter.

After ringing me up and finding out her daughters comment about me was correct, she then did some historical research, ... and whaddya know, ... a school did burn down on the property almost a century ago. A few other incidents since then show this child clearly has rather good psychic/mediumistic abilities, but whether she was actually there, had just picked up on an energy on the property, or got that from one of the spirit people she talks to (some confirmed relatives she never met) and translated her viewing of it/ hearing about it like that remains a question, ...but it's all interesting.

Not sure if anyone else watched the recent prog. on UK TV regarding the little boy from scotland who, from a young age was telling friends and family about his previous life. It was a fasciating prog. They took him back to where he said he had lived with his parents, and was pretty accurate about the Island he said he lived on and the house where he lived.

Yes, i got a bit sceptical towards the end of the programme though. It had been thought that the boy lived there in the 1960's/1970's and had brothers and sisters and a mother (father had apparently been killed) however, I would have thought that some of the relatives would still be living today, given that they had the family name and address. They did trace someone who said she knew of such a family, but there it all became a bit blurry, she didn't recognize he childs name and said the father hadn't been killed, I would have liked some more definite answers.

When I was a child I was raised in a Christian household and the only choices I had after death was heaven or hell. So I didn't have any memories so to speak, but I was highly interested in various subjects such as history, government, other cultures, and languages to name a few. And now I know why I was so interested in it but when I was a child I enjoyed learning about these subjects

When my mom took me to a store when I was a child and I would see something that looked like a toy I had or clothes I had, I would point to them and say "thats mine mommy" and my mom would always agree and say "yes Kristin, you do have something like that." One time we were in a crystal shop. I was still young enough to be in a stroller. My mom turned her back for a couple of seconds and when she turned around, I was picking up a large crystal bowel. She ran to me and said, "Kristin, you cant touch that. Thats not yours!" I told her that it was mine and I wanted it back. My mom was confused because we never had owned a crystal bowel... crystal anything for that matter. I started crying and saying "mommy, it is mine. I lost it for a long time, but its mine. I want it back." My mom replied by telling me that I have never had anything like that and I said, "you dont know. I had it before I came to you! I didnt know you when I had it." My mom placed the bowel back and went running out of the shop with me. At that time, things like this scared her. Now she is very into past lives and after lives. Of course this interest of hers didnt happen until after I had already spent years going to different neurologists, having EEGs and MRIs done and growing up thinking I was nuts, but at least now my mom gets me

( Finally it let me log on...!)

"Past life memory" is nothing new in India- they are loaded with people who remember their previous lives.

And there was a girl in US, who just wouldn't take a shower. She was so afraid of it. Once she saw her mother walking into shower, and shouted "No! Mom! GAS!"... Her mom took her to psychic- found out her daughter was killed during the Holocaust.

There is a 6 year old boy (might be 7 by now) in Japan. His mother claims when he was much younger, he started to talk about his pre-life memory. They don't speak English, but this boy sings a song "Top of the world" by Carpenter in English. When he saw a globe, he couldn't find Japan but he pointed UK and said that was where he lived. He told his mom he lived in a place called Edinburgh. He knew the currency was pound, not yen. He remebers his blood type was B (now his blood type is A), also remembers his parents run a restaurant. He used to help them by peeling garlic skin, and showed his present (japanese) mother how he sued to peel them. He peeled 3 bowls of garlic in no time.(and from the way how he did it, it suggests he was a left-handed. He also remembers the date of birth (Aug.09,8, remembers he had athma and died of breathing problem. He remembered he got high fever of 45C on Oct.24 or 25 in 97. Before he died, he remembered watching TV news reporting a big train accident in UK. I looked it up. There WAS a train accident in UK in Sep.97. He died shortly after that. These things are impossible for a 4 year old to make up. He told his mother his previous name, but sadly, she couldn't make it out. But she thinks it starts with "G". He remembered hearing his mother crying as he was being buried. She said "now it's just 5 of us".
Though hismother wants to look for his "Boritish" Mom, she does not allow his photo to be published in the paper. Without a photo, they won't cover his story.
This is the main reason why I came here. I'm trying to help this child find her...

I have just mentioned this on your other regression thread I guess I should have looked here first! :? Never mind I will say it again! When my eldest son was about 3 we were watching a programme about eygpt and he became very upset crying uncontrolably we turned off the tv and he eventually told us that he was a slave building the pyramids and daddy had hit him with a whip (as I explained on the other thread my husband had previously been told he had been a task master in eygpt) He also told us about his other mum "deedee" and pointed to a picture of a woman in a very fine victorian dress and large hat and said that was what "deedee" looked like! My eldest daughter has told us about looking out of her "old" bedroom window and watching the elephants, monkeys and tigers (I guess this could be India or maybe she lived in a zoo!?) She also told us a very heartbreaking story of when she died alone in her house after her mum & dad had left her (she told this in great detail and it was very upsetting for us all)(she was about3/4 at the time) My younger son has told us lots about a church he went to (not the one we go to now, but he does feel very "at home" there?) and told us about falling out of a tree trying to save a cat but he "didn't wake up again", he was 2 when he said this! My younger daughter is only 18 months and can't tell us much yet but I look forward to the day she gives us a peep into her past and will keep you all posted on what she tells us! My nephew also talked in detail about his previous life when he was a small child probally 3/4 he knew his name, his families names and described in detail how he was killed, by who and why! Is it common for children to remember their past deaths as all my children and nephew have all talked this? What are others experinences on children talking about how they died? :?:

my child is like three weeks old but he does things i cannot explain like rolling his eyes, smiling like he is really thinking about something serious and being extremely sensitive to any sounds even when asleep...how can the above be explained? does he at 3 weeks of age have memories of past lives?
