Have registered today and am logged in but no joy.

I registered about 3 days ago, and i can't access the chat room,, or find a help option to help me.

When i try to log into the chat room, i'm told that my user name has extended characters and they only accept normal characters. I suspect they mean the accent in my name, which is strange because i had no problem at all registering my user name with the accent.

I can't find a way of removing my accent from my user name, to see if this solves the problem. Do i have to cancel my account, and rejoin, this time without the accent? I have java, so that's not the problem.

Have answered U on another thread, but yes Yicee, the accent seems to be the prob.

The chat program is diff software to the program used for the profiles.

If you re reg without the accent your prob will most likely be solved.

Is it because of the . in my user name? Can I just change my user name rather than re-register - please?!
