I have done this so many times & it is really neat, just lay in bed and think of whatever it is you want to dream about & see what happens! :smt051

I think this should be in the dream board, just so ya know.
I've only had a couple of dreams I've been able to control. One time though I was concious in my dream but couldn't make anything happen. I just stood there the entire dream. BORING!

If I think about something enough and it's in my mind alot, I kind of expect it to be in my dream (just because it's been on my mind all day). Because I dream an awful lot, I sometimes go to bed and think 'I hope I dream about this person, place, tonight, etc' and alot of the time I do. I can't do it with anything though, only people (and my pet dog which died not long ago) that mean alot to me.

I can do that also. I always liked reading just before I fell asleep because I could always continue the book while I slept. I can even do it with video games. I like roal playing games where you have to solve puzzles to continue playing, several times I have solved the puzzle I was stuck on in a dream.

I used to be able to but haven't really tried for a long time.
However I do find if I sleep with a crystal by the bed I can have very vivid dreams, sometimes I've even had to get up and move it away to have a more restful night! This has happened even when I didn't realise I had one near me so I doubt it's my subconcious :P Love & Blessings Micki xxxxxxxxxxx |

Micki,
What kind of crystal are you using? I have a quartz crystal. It is usually right above my head but alot of times I even hold it in my hands while I sleep and I haven't noticed that my dreams are any different than without it. And boy do I try. |

Hi Ddomepaint
The firt time was when I bought a piece of amethyst and left it at the side of my bed, it was my first crystal and I hadn't read anything about it so I really didn't know they could stimulate dreams. I seem to remember it was a couple of days before I found out why, my daughter had been into crystals for a while and told me!. What was most interesting tho was that my husband, who never says anything about his dreams had woken after the first night complaining he had had really vivid dreams all night!!!! I have had similar experiences recently with a lapis lazuli pyramid I bought on holiday last month. I spelt so heavily until I moved it I was waking feeling like I had only just gone to bed. Dreaming a lot too. I have used a couple of others too to see what effect they would have, but thes were in my consciousness when I fell asleep whereas the amethyst and the lapis weren't - I'm an open minded sceptic and it certainly made me think Love & Blessings Micki xxx |

Micki,
Thank you so much. I happen to have an entire half of an amethyst geode. It must weigh about 4 pounds. I wonder if I put that by my head if that will stir those brain cells to get moving in the direction I want. My sons long time girlfriend gave me the quartz crystal after I had several surgeries. I really don't know if it helped me heal tho because I am now disabled because of all of my surgeries. Her mom happens to own her own quartz crystal mine! Now that is really cool. Anyway thanks for the info and tonight I will give the amethyst a shot. I'll let you know if I am successful. Thank you so very much! |
