I bought my best mate a book on angels for xmas, about how to bring them into your life etc. We both totally believe in all this. I had a little read through the book before wrapping it and came across a part saying about asking your angels for help and then for them to leave a clear sign, what ever that may be, but you will instantly know its from them. Anyway, i went to bed that night at 11:45pm and asked the angels for help about a particular matter thats been going on for years. I said thank you and asked them to leave a sign. When i woke the next morning, i checked my mobile phone and noticed i had a missed call at 3:50am. It just said (unknown). Only seven people have my number and i checked with them, but no-one rang me. This "matter" i asked for help with has completely gone! Last night, the friend i gave the book to, decided she would do the same and ask for help. At 3:45 this morning her mobile phone alarm went off. She has had her phone for four years now and have never ever set the alarm on it!

I agree with you Mabelina, i have asked the Angels for help and they always do!, it has to be a clear request though.I asked for help with my financial hardship,i asked them to help my husband find a job with more money,he came home that night with a job offer for twice the amount that he was getting!! and i thanked them for their help as always.

Maybe that is where I go wrong. Not being clear enough. I did start to read a book about angels before but gave up as it didn't feel right. Saying that I have angel oracle cards and when I feel the need I draw a card and it helps. Maybe I should ask for specific help at some stage as well as support on my down days. Maybe I should look for a better book who knows?

Angels havent lived and earthly life so you have to be spercific in what you asking for.be clear in your request and give them time to work on it.if its what you really need you will get what you want.No good asking for the lottery numbers it wont work!!

I know what you mean by that comment. No I feel a little emotional at the moment as so much has happened over the years and I think you start to doubt that you are doing a good job of anything. It seems that no matter which way you choose to go you may have chosen the wrong path. This year and now i've decided to take control and listen to my gut instincts i'm going to ask for guidance along the way and try to avoid falling into the trap and staying with the familiar even though ultimately this leads us back to the same place and we feel no better by it. I need to be a little impartial when it comes to listening to the pressures put on us by family. Maybe I got a little lost but can now begin to find my way back. I hope so.

Hi Dutchgirl, you have to specify what you want, if the Angels feel its appropriate they will do their upmost to help you.Asking for a particular person to fall in love with you for instance isnt what they do,or lottery numbers either! if they can help they will, but it takes time so dont expect miricals over night, be patiant and ask with as much detail as you can.hope that helps

ohno.......patience......but thnks i will keep up the contact with the angels.....i keep seeing double digits lately on the clock......i think its angelcontact.......i even saw myself as angel once in trance....very tacky with big white wings but there you go......

The event that turned me from sceptic into believer was when I was laying in my bed at night joking about and said "If anyone is actually there give me a sign..." I felt a cold breath down my neck, i disregarded this as i was next to a window.... ridiculous as it felt at the time i said again "If anyone is there please give me a sign... that i will not mistake for a bodily function or response..." as soon as i said that the car alarm went off outside, the freaky thing was the car alarm hadnt been used on our car for the past 2 years of owning it. It also decided to turn itself off when i turned the lights on.

Im not sure if it was an angel... but i believe something/someone was listening and trying to make me believe XD it worked lol

I am just discovering Angels after I lost a very close friend to breast cancer in Nov, I have a friend who said he would send me a feather through the angels, and when I got up the next day there was one on the draining board, the doors and windows were locked and I was the only person in the house.

I now talk to the Angels most evenings even just to thank them for having a good day at work.

I haven't found out who my angel is yet, but I keep trying.
