i'm new to this site and looking for help, from a younge age 13/14 i've heard strange things like someone sighing when noboby is there, hearing someone call my name and being touched on my back, shoulder and face, its always freaked me out so i've ignored it but now i'm seeing things like lights going round the room and on 2 occasions recently a light has gone straight into me, and i see things out the corner of my eye all the time then nothings there. I get these strange feelings like somethings wrong but i can't for the life of me think what it could be plus other stuff i can't explain, so rather than be scared i thought i'd ask for help, does anyone think i have something i could work on ???
